BEAUTIFUL!! The views are spectacular and the campgrounds are very clean. No running water or electric so the place gives you the feeling like you're not at an RV park. Lots of tent campers and camping trailers are limited to 18 feet. The road to get to the lake is winding and some may feel car sick coming through but it is 100% worth the drive. Great time for small and large groups.
Awesome day with my granddaughters fiance, fishing. Perfect weather... no fish but had a blast.
Greatest rangers I've ever met. Super clean park, great view of the lake, clean pit toilets, bring your own water-NO WATER AVAILABLE AT THE PARK. No trash removal service. Steep, windy, narrow road. 18' RV length limit.
Love that you could fish and camp. Small campers and Rv's only. Small trolling fishing boats only. You could swim there and play in water. My children loved it.
A beautiful little lake up in the mountains surrounded by trees ... Fishing is great even when you aren't catching anything ... Lake is small enough to walk around within a few hours time ... it's close to a small town so most things needed for camping are a short drive away ... your also 30 miles or less from a bigger town (Las Vegas NM) ... No large boats allowed but small boats allowed ... Not sure about moters so check that out beforehand but canoes ... Rafts ... Inner tubes bring them on ... Lake is closed for the winter so check dates before winter camping
